Global ERP Tech Process Manager – Forecast-to-Stock

We are looking for a Global ERP Tech Process Manager – Forecast-to-Stock! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.</p><p></p><p>Our Group has the project to conduct a transformation from both a business and technological standpoint. The success of this program will rely primarily on our ability to harmonize all the company's processes while respecting the standards of the product that will be selected.</p><p></p><p>You will support the Global ERP Senior Tech Lead and contribute to the design of the tech solution, supporting the relevant business process(es). This will need to be designed in close collaboration with other Tech Managers to ensure the identification of interdependencies with other processes and other tech topics (integration, data…, etc.).</p><p></p><p>Your key missions</p><p></p><p>You will contribute to overall ERP Design:</p><ul><li><p>You will contribute to the definition of global processes by providing the Tech view and implications of decisions being made</p></li><li><p>You will understand the master data requirements and associated impacts on technology and architecture working in collaboration with other Tech teams</p></li><li><p>You will understand the implications of what processes are part of core ERP vs. extended core and the implication in term of satellite systems ecosystems</p></li><li><p>You will establish priority of satellite systems to be expedited ahead of LEAP = definition of the ‘Speed Boats’ and propose roadmap</p></li><li><p>You will understand implications to existing Tech programs and associated roadmaps</p></li><li><p>You will act as a subject matter expert on global processes and guide stakeholders as needed</p></li><li><p>You will support the Global ERP Senior Tech Lead to challenge target technical solution supporting defined process</p></li><li><p>You will actively contribute to the overall program delivery and progress in collaboration with diverse teams, including business, tech, and external consultants team members</p></li><li><p>You will mobilize technical subject matter experts to ensure relevant input is captured across the group and liaison with the wider Tech Team</p></li><li><p>You will contribute to the completeness and consistency of our master data strategy across all end-to-end processes</p></li></ul><p></p><p>You will contribute to overall ERP Rollout: </p><ul><li><p>In collaboration with the full process team, you will ensure project deliverables remain on track and budget</p></li><li><p>You will work closely with program lead and PMO to deliver owned aspects of the project</p></li><li><p>You will anticipate potential challenges and interdependencies to manage and mitigate risks   proactively</p></li><li><p>You will actively contribute to the overall program delivery and progress in collaboration with diverse teams, including business, tech, and external consultants team members</p></li><li><p>You will mobilize technical subject matter experts to ensure relevant input is captured across the  group</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!</p><ul><li><p>You have 5+ years of experience related to Forecast-To-Stock process, as well as strategic understanding of a global context</p></li><li><p>You are an expert in ERP technical management, developing and implementing global technology roadmaps, have a strategic vision and working with external consultancy partners</p></li><li><p>You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>You are fluent in English, French is a plus </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><u>Job Posting End Date:</u></p><p></p><p></p><p><u>Target Hire Date</u>:</p>2024-09-02<p></p><p></p><p><u>Target End Date</u>:</p>
