The Business Account Executive (CAM) - Welding will support the Gulf Coast / Southern, US market. 

Job Description

Join our team as a Business Account Executive (CAM)  - Welding and be a key player in driving profitability and sales across the ITW Welding segment portfolio of products and brands. As a Business Account Executive (CAM), you'll engage with national end user accounts and distributor partners, collaborating with ITW Welding divisions and regional sales teams to foster growth in current national end user accounts and identify new strategic accounts. What You'll Do and Impact!

  • Strategic Account Management:

    • Execute the ITW Welding key account management process to drive corporate preference for ITW solutions.
    • Coordinate plant-by-plant growth strategies in collaboration with District Manager(s) and Industrial Specialists.
    • Develop strategies aligning value propositions with customer needs and opportunities.
    • Understand customer-defined value, strategic objectives, and challenges.
    • Stay ahead of competitive tactics, potential threats, and distributor needs.
  • Corporate Account Growth:

    • Demonstrate growth in sales revenue, addressable spend, and end user engagement through key account management processes.
    • Utilize corporate pricing agreements, strategic account plans, quarterly business reviews, value stream mapping, etc.
    • Identify and prioritize ITW welding opportunities by understanding corporate account culture and key decision makers.
    • Establish strategic relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers.
  • Alignment:

    • Ensure visibility and alignment for targeted national accounts.
    • Coordinate with internal resources for high levels of end user engagement.
    • Liaison with R&D and product managers on needs and product innovation opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of account management experience, preferably in hard-goods industrial, Infrastructure/Construction, or related industries.
  • Strong PC skills/aptitude, intermediate proficiency in MS Office programs, and exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce.com).
  • Overnight travel up to 50%.
