Sr. Military Ops Analyst - Experiments and Wargames

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Sr. Military Ops Analyst - Experiments and Wargames to support operations at Schriever AFB, CO.

Duties Include:

• Experiment and Wargame Support: Experienced in missile defense experiment and wargame design, execution, adjudication and analysis.
• Examine Joint Staff, Service, CCMD and Major Command’s wargames to determine suitability for examination of the effectiveness of the MDS through simulation and other forms of concept exploration.
• Recommend enhancement to MDS capabilities, architecture, and concepts to facilitate identification and refinement of operational requirements that lead to desired capabilities and characteristics.
• Support and contribute to the development of joint and combined MDS doctrine, strategy, policy, and operational employment concepts.
• Support table top exercise / seminar exploratory plans to include, at a minimum, appropriate representation of Warfighter objectives that directly support the MD issues of interest as objectives for JS, Service, and CCMD exercises and wargames, and support analytic processes.
• Consolidate and document operational and developer lessons learned into WIP products and processes.
• Attends and supports conferences, meetings and briefings as required

Requirements

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong understanding of Missile Defense and Combatant Commands' areas of responsibility
• Understanding of strategic plans and policy
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Travel: 10%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.

Desired Skills: Strategic plans or policy experience at Combatant Command level
