Responsibilities

• Support regional and local controllers/finance team during monthly closing : ensure the consistency of monthly data loaded into TM1 and make sure corrections are done when needed
• Raise common blocking points to the regional head in order to improve the process and develop efficiency
• Support sales budget planning by producing regular reports for the business team and prepare decks prior presentations as well as analysis

Qualifications

• University student, can be a first-year student with high motivation and dedication
• Field : finance, commerce or related field
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Ability to cope with pressure and being able to prioritize tasks
• Microsoft Office, excellent Excel skills, experience with TM1 is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
