Customer Service Specialist

<p>Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!</p><p></p><p></p><h1>Responsibilities:</h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Conducts order validations and entries</p></li><li><p>Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery</p></li><li><p>Monitor and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns</p></li><li><p>Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production</p></li><li><p>Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation</p></li><li><p>Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>Qualifications:</h1><p></p><p></p><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience<br/>Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience<br/>Relevant certifications, system experience, and training<br/>Professional-Level English language skills preferred<br/><br/>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.<br/>Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
