It allows us to find great opportunities for you! <h3>Role Requirements: What you need to succeed</h3> <p>We are seeking interns and working students who effectively communicate and strengthen relationships with our customers. This includes the ability to listen to and understand their needs, and present solutions and products effectively.<br/><br/><strong>Hard Skills:</strong><br/><strong><br/></strong><ul><li>You are a registered student in an area such as Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable course of study</li><li>You ideally have first experience in the areas of human resources, SaaS Sales, customer service, and/or in the startup industry</li><li>You have experience in creating analysis in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets</li><li>German is a must as we communicate with german customers only - but nevertheless English is our company language</li></ul><br/><strong>Soft Skills:</strong><br/><strong><br/></strong><ul><li>You demonstrate excellent people skills with strong communication and interpersonal expertise</li><li>You have strong problem-solving skills and are able to adapt to changing situations and customer needs</li><li>You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, with which you also solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner and accept new challenges</li><li>You show a high degree of proactiveness, diligence, and a get-stuff-done mentality</li></ul></p> <h3>Why Personio</h3> <p>Personio is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building an integrative culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported.
