About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and tech-savvy person who loves content, content marketing, and collaborating with the greater marketing team to grow the company. Day to day, you will help to create and/or coordinate the creation of content, track results, build relationships with our sales team, and otherwise support the implementation of all marketing strategies. Your excellent writing skills and eye for detail will be put to work on implementing/creating streamlined marketing processes, researching/writing/editing support of blogs, videos, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, marketing emails, infographics, and other communications. You possess strong writing skills, an eye for detail, a desire to ensure strong processes will need to distill and write about technical, legal, and other nuanced subject matter.

What You'll Be Doing  

• Support the content marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of content creation, production, and distribution.
• Coordinate and project manage marketing efforts, including copy, posts, scheduling, and maintaining content libraries.
• Collaborate with the global performance marketing team to monitor and report on email, digital, social media and content marketing campaigns.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling and arranging meetings.
• Develop content for emails, landing pages, videos, infographics, blogs, and other assets following style guidelines. 

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills, able to handle many diverse projects and tasks.
• A people person and team player, with a knack for diplomatically following up on project priorities and assigned team tasks.
• Superb verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• Ability to learn, discuss, and write about technical content so it educates, informs, and entertains.
• Understanding of inbound marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
• Interest in or familiarity with any of the following (Nice to have, not required): 
  • WordPress, HubSpot, Unbounce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, email marketing, blogging, lead gen, graphic design, video editing/production, and events

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. If you feel this range is not attractive, we encourage you to let us know through the application process.
