Introduction to the job

The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and (automation and optimization) of key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware, software and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML’s internal and external activities.

ASML IT is currently in an Agile transformation, moving towards SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework 5.0). All Agile teams are organized in Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The Identity & Access Management (IAM) ART is responsible  for providing state-of-the-art  and seamless IAM and Cryptography capabilities and services to the whole of ASML (globally). All teams within the ART work Agile and are moving into a DevOps way of working - you build  it,  you  own  it!  The  IAM  ART  consists  of  teams  in  the  domains  of  Identity Governance  & Administration  (IGA),  Access  Management  (AM),  Directory  Services,  Privileged  Access  Management (PAM) and Cryptography Services (CS).

Role and responsibilities

As a senior Developer for PAM, you are preparing, building and automating Privileged Access Management processes in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain with support of chosen IT technology. You’re building integrations and driving CI/CD/CT pipelines to effectively deliver and manage our privileged access, secrets, keys and more. Part of that is identifying and agreeing on the functional and non-functional requirements for these processes and being the point of contact for customer teams.

You will be working closely together with the IAM System and Solution Architects, the Product Owner and Scrum Master for PAM, Senior Developers in your and in other agile teams in the IAM ART and customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Co-owning the functional and technical design, development, configuration, and operation of our the PAM landscape;
• Support the Architects by refining and implementing enablers for the architectural runway;
• Together with the team creating designs for features and stories in line with the IAM architectural principles, standard IAM processes and the company strategy;
• Contribute to refinement of features into stories and provide high level effort estimations for the implementation of the designed solutions;
• Coordinate, develop, validate and implement functional and non-functional requirements related to our PAM solutions;
• Developing value by delivering expected output on time;

Education and experience

• Master degree or Bachelor degree in a technical area, computer science. Security knowledge strong preconditions.
• Valid industry certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CISM are a plus.
• CyberArk Sentry or above, Conjur and Alero certification is a plus.
• Agile + SAFe certifications are a plus (scrum.org and/or SAFe®certifications).
• Relevant experience of at least 5 years on working with CyberArk, Conjur and Alero.
• Hands-on experience with design for seamless onboarding of CI/CD/CT tools deployed in containerized environments
• Experience in using REST APIs for integrations and setting up automation
• Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Skills

• Broad knowledge Identity and Access Management is a plus
• Hands on experience on Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Gitlab / Github
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Sound understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and security policy frameworks;
• Experience with Linux administration preferably Red Hat Linux
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and presentation skills.  Command of the Dutch language is a plus.
