The anticipated salary range for this role is between $153,000.00 and $196,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.
Role Description
SMBC is seeking an experienced hands-on Enterprise Architect for the implementation of an Enterprise Application Inventory (EAI) using Application Portfolio Management (APM) module within the ServiceNow Now Platform. This role will focus on migrating the existing in-house developed EAI system to the Now Platform.
Role Objectives
- Primary objective is to lead the migration effort.
- Review and analyze the current state data model and information to understand the state of EAI system.
- Leverage ServiceNow knowledge and experience to produce the future state model and transforming the data into the APM out-of-the-box model.
- Produce a phased migration plan and tasks that needs to be performed adhering to enterprise standards and best practices.
- Build future state process and workflows to support EAI related process.
- APM integration with other external products like Ardoq, Apptio and other external systems.
- The role involves embedding best practice for Application Portfolio Management and enable greater transparency, efficiency, and governance in managing the IT landscape.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with hands-on expertise in implementing ServiceNow APM.
- Strong knowledge of Application Portfolio Management, architecture framework and best practices
- Demonstrated success in migrating legacy system to modern platforms, with focus on data integration, mapping, and governance.
- Technical proficiency in ServiceNow, including configuration, modelling, and integration capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
