Position Summary
As a Manager of Health Care Delivery (HCD) Capital Management, you will provide strategic oversight for capital planning and analysis for Health Care Delivery. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of HCD Capital Management, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the management and consolidation of all HCD capital including all analysis and submissions for the monthly close, budget, and forecast. In this job, you will interact and closely partner with HCD finance leadership and capital leads within each business unit. This role requires strong strategic thinking and communication skills as you will be at the forefront for how HCD will tactically deploy capital. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
Assist in the integration of Signify and Oak Street Health capital into CVS approved capital management processes (Anaplan).
Build advanced analysis files for capital planning and budgeting processes, to better administer in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, KPIs and return on investment analysis to identify progress of capital projects and areas of improvement.
Implement improvements in forecasting methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques to enhance forecasting capabilities.
Integrate S4 into processes and ensure all budget/forecast data aligns between S4 and Anaplan systems. This includes both CAPEX and associated OPEX alignment.
Manage and approve all monthly reallocations and validate that outputs align with expected results.
Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
Assist in the development of Return on Investment of HCD capital processes.
Develop a business case data base for HCD to implement continued tracking of delivery of results of capital growth projects. Follow up with analysis of variances between actual performance and business cases presented, assessing the financial impact of different initiatives, and recommending appropriate actions.
Coordinating, meeting, and reviewing data with key stakeholders (including. but not limited to, business and finance partners) regarding month close, EPPM deliverables, etc.
Required Qualifications
5+ years related accounting/financial experience, business planning and/or financial analysis/reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience in S4
Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders confidently and expertly at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization.
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Established strategic thinker, learn and process new information quickly.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Anaplan (capital reporting tool)
Advanced degree in Business
Healthcare industry experience
Established analytical ability, strategic thinker, learn and process new information quickly

Education
Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
