Senior Manager Total Rewards

<p><strong>Context of the role</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer you will be responsible for our total rewards strategy and management, globally, across the TransferTo group.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage compensation, benefits, and equity programs aligned with organizational goals and talent strategies</li> <li>Conduct job evaluations, oversee salary reviews, bonus planning and maintain global pay scales through market benchmarking</li> <li>Monitor enrollment, expense processing, compliance, and resolve escalations, including executive benefits and onboarding</li> <li>Administer employee equity schemes with Legal and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance</li> <li>Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and vendors while owning global benefits policies and maintaining compliance</li> <li>Lead benefits rollout for new offices and ensure competitive offerings across regions</li> <li>Conduct cost modeling and analysis for Total Rewards plans, managing the annual compensation and benefits budget</li> <li>Stay abreast on legal regulations and industry benchmarks to maintain compliance and competitiveness</li> </ul> <p><strong>Professional Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>7+ years of experience working with compensation &amp; benefits with a specialisation on the benefits side </span></li> <li><span>Experience working with and managing multiple brokers in a multi region remit</span></li> <li><span>Experience opening up new countries from a benefit standpoint and working with brokers to get this set up</span></li> <li><span>Excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the analysis of a wide range of data.</span></li> <li><span>Proven ability to think conceptually, problem-solve, and generate practical solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication skills and the ability to summarise information concisely and present in written, graphical and/or verbal format in order to convey complex information to all levels of stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Strong problem-solving skills, able to define the problem and generate appropriate solutions in a timely manner.</span></li> <li><span>Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to build strong relationships within and across teams, peers, and business partners. </span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>About Thunes</strong></p> <p>Thunes is the Smart Superhighway for money movement around the world.
