To make the most of our innovative production site, we are looking for motivated reinforcements who, together with us, will ensure the supply of Lilly medicines in Germany, Europe, and worldwide, in line with the three Lilly values of "Excellence," "Integrity," and "Respect for People."</p><p>Join our Lilly team in Alzey and start as soon as possible as:</p><p><b>Senior Principal Scientist Tech Transfer (m/w/d)</b></p><p><b>What tasks await you?</b></p><p>As Principal Scientist Tech Transfer, you will be expected to instruct and support the technical transfer. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Serve as Molecule Steward of TS/MS, provide technical supports for delivery of the new insulin cartridge filling project at Alzey site.</li><li>Provide technical support on warehouse shipping study at Alzey site.</li><li>Understand the scientific principles required for manufacturing insulin products, including the interactions between chemistry, equipment and container closure systems.</li><li>Ensure that an accurate instruction set (batch records and procedures) and PFD describe the process as performed and the control strategy for the discrete manufacturing steps.</li><li>Develop, monitor and appropriately react to established statistically based metrics in real-time to assess process variability and capability.</li><li></li></ul><p><b>Key <span>Objectives/Deliverables:</span></b></p><ul><li>Prepare, review, approve and provide technical support for preparation of relevant technical documents, as required, such as change controls, regulatory submissions, deviation investigations, validation protocols and summary reports, processing records, procedures, PFDs, VMPs, and APRs..</li><li>Support and/or lead technical projects (experimental, modeling and/or production data analysis) to improve process control, yield and productivity.<br/>Execute validation related activities.</li></ul><p><b>How do you convince us?</b></p><ul><li>Degree/qualifying <span>certifications/training/experience:</span> Engineer, pharmacist, or equivalent with professional experience (at least 5 years) in the industry.</li><li>Knowledge of GMP and experience in parenteral manufacturing</li><li>Good skills in leadership, project management, ability to influence and lead projects.</li><li>You have German and basic English knowledge.</li></ul><p><b>Additional Skills/Preferences:</b></p><ul><li>Parenteral manufacturing</li><li>Good skills in analytical thinking, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team.</li><li>Ability to coordinate teams without direct hierarchical power.</li></ul><p><b>What can you look forward to with us?</b></p><p>At Lilly, we believe in creating an environment where innovation thrives and every team member can shine.
