Job Description

The IT Infrastructure department is responsible for global infrastructure deliveries and operations in Statkraft. You will participate in a wide range of initiatives improving how our employees can work smarter and more efficient utilizing new technologies. The team is part of a large IT organization with more than 150 employees delivering services to employees in 19 countries from our own modern data centers and public cloud.

We are looking for a senior IT architect who has extensive experience and expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Statkraft is renewing our ILM and IAM processes and platforms and you will take on a lead architecture role. You will also be involved in providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to other IT architects and engineers in the ILM and IAM domain.

Your responsibilities will include:

• As a senior IT architect, you will be responsible for architecture, principles, roadmaps and processes designing secure and scalable ILM and IAM architectures that meet the business needs and comply with the industry standards and best practices.
• Together with HR and Security department see that the ILM & IAM architecture can deliver a seamless IAM solution globally.
• Providing the business with needed functionality for all types of IAM features to ensure needed flexibility for different platforms and business services.
• Considering global regulations, a variety of personas, mergers and acquisitions and so forth.

Qualifications

Education & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree within relevant fields
• Many years of experience in IT infrastructure roles
• Languages; Norwegian and English

Skills & experience:

• Experience from working in a global IT organization.
• Very structured, with well written documentations. Comfortable presenting.
• Self-driven and energetic, able to perform under pressure.
• Experience from establishing architecture infra. frameworks and principles.
• Proficient in various ILM and IAM technologies, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.
• IAM governance, risk management, compliance, security, performance, etc.
• Familiar with various ILM and IAM frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, etc.
• Ability to apply frameworks and standards to design and evaluate ILM and IAM architectures.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, policies, and best practices
• Hands-on experience in using technologies to implement ILM and IAM functionalities, such as identity provisioning, deprovisioning, synchronization, authentication, authorization, auditing and more.
