SUMMARY:

The Operations Coordinator owns the organization of the brand’s vast digital archive and print library. They will be responsible for receiving and organizing all outside artwork submissions and distributing to the appropriate members of Design and Production, as well as serving as a dedicated manager of all archives of Supreme graphics, logos, patterns, and other imagery on the Extensis site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and catalogue all incoming media to the brand’s library, inclusive of print materials, digital assets, and physical artworks.
• Responsible for communicating delivery of any design related materials in a timely manner, utilizing company slack channels and email threads to ensure full visibility to the design teams.
• Maintain appearance and working order of the library situated in office headquarters, ensuring proper sorting and organization of incoming materials.
• Build out a framework of searchable keywords and categorizations for design materials uploaded to the Extensis archival website, ensuring proper tagging of all new incoming material as well as previous uploads.
• Create and maintain a check out system for books, graphics, and other media to turn around archival requests from Design faster.
• Update and maintain the archives of standard brand graphics, logos, and patterns on a seasonal basis, including both digital and physical materials.
• Maintain appearance and working order of the library of stored books and print materials at off-site archive in Brooklyn Navy Yard, traveling in person to organize when required.

Hiring Range:

$25.76 USD - $32.20 USD per hour

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
