The Electrical Engineering Directorate is responsible for the design, test, manufacture, and support of advanced electrical subsystems (target detection, target tracking, guidance, navigation, signal processing, and communication) to be utilized in extreme battle-field environments. The Surface Based Effectors Production Department, a part of the Electrical Engineering Directorate. A successful candidate is one who can participate in a multi-disciplined team and properly apply engineering tools and processes. A candidate with interests, studies, research, or experiences which are technically broad will be a possible fit in our electrical subsystems group. All Candidates will work within a larger team at Raytheon.

What You Will Do:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels.

  • Resolution of issues on production lines and in testing (including suppliers).

  • Failure analysis / root cause determination and corrective action implementation.

  • Create and present electrical engineering drawing update solutions.

  • Investigate and implement process and/or test improvement projects.


Qualifications You Must Have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations.

  • Experience with one or more of the following: RF, analog, digital, mixed signal, circuit design or analysis.
