The Opportunity
This position works out of our Santa Clara, CA location in the SH division.
Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist.
Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
What You’ll Work On
- Will be expected to contribute to the manufacturing of product goods and will lead the production line to ensure throughputs and yields are met.
- Responsible for overseen the coordination of labor, materials, equipment, and tooling to assemble product effectively and deliver it to inventory.
- Ensures production is performed in full compliance with the Quality System and all procedural requirements.
- Promotes safe work environment and best manufacturing practices.
- Responsible for achieving production goals and compliance with applicable Corporate, Divisional, and site Policies and procedures.
- Maintains a safe work environment and communicates to line personnel daily while maintaining a constant line presence.
- Monitors daily work metrics, communicates metrics status to clean room management and provides direction and guidance to manufacturing operators for daily outputs or special engineering support.
- Manages to a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements and participates on the selection process with hiring team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED Or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed.
- Experience as Line Lead with labor intensive processes.
- Experience overseeing manufacturing personnel groups > 25 employees with mix of FTE and CL.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques, 5 S, Tier Meetings, Gemba walks, PFM & White Belt projects.
- Medical devices experience preferred.
Shift
This position will work 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm.

The base pay for this position is
$22.30 – $44.60/hourIn specific locations, the pay range may vary
