Overview
Sustainability is a top priority at Deutsche Bank, and we are investing in the platforms, data and technology that will ensure we meet our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting requirements, and help our clients manage their Sustainability goals. Sustainability Technology is at the heart of this investment.
The Corporate Sustainability area within Sustainability Technology, is a newly formed product area that aims to contribute towards the Bank’s own sustainability goals and drive sustainable practices across the Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) organization. As an Agile Product Owner, you will be part of developing the product vision, delivery roadmap and product backlog for this new area, as it matures and will work with stakeholders within TDI and Group Sustainability.

What You’ll Do
Develop and own product backlog for one or more teams to deliver functionality to support the continuous development of the Corporate Sustainability Strategic Solution and fulfilment of regulations such as CSRD (Corporate Sustainable Reporting Directive) and others, through the respective phases of maturity
Build deep relationships with internal stakeholders from the TDI (Technology, Data, and Innovation) organization as well as the Chief Sustainability Office, to elicit requirements and shape the Corporate Sustainability product vision, roadmap, and drive adoption
Manage, analyze and extract insights from various types of data sets, which can be used in the development of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), metrics and dashboards for Corporate Sustainability reporting
Work with the Corporate Sustainability Lead, architecture, and engineering leads, to drive product strategy and execution
Support the transition to a scaled agile framework as the product grows
Act as an expert voice on sustainability matters with the development teams
Skills You’ll Need
Be comfortable driving requirements and priority discussions with senior stakeholders and explaining requirements to engineering teams
Be comfortable analyzing and extracting insights from various types of data sets, for use in the development of KPIs, metrics and dashboard for Corporate Sustainability reporting
Experience developing technology products and services incorporating data sourcing, management, analytics and reporting, including prototyping, requirements workshops and product delivery
Experience as an Agile Product owner operating in a scrum or scaled agile framework, including experience working with JIRA, confluence and running agile events
Knowledge of and interest in Sustainability and digital decarbonization strategies is a plus
