Job Description
The Operations Account Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multiple technology platforms, to increase the simplicity and seamlessness of processes, workflows, communication, and team collaboration. The Operations AE enables teams, departments and clients with the right information and digital tools to operate effectively and with agility.
This role constantly evaluates the centralized field sampling model and is responsible for its ongoing optimization and brilliant execution. The Operations AE is dedicated to the digitalization of field workflows and works as a key contributor within a cross functional team of subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Help build annual, quarterly, and incremental event plans including the planning process, timelines, and communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Help develop & deploy central activation plans and budgets across all brands / programs, channels, and departments
- Manage and maintain program lists, program standards, and core data sets within operating platforms for execution controls, tracking and forecasting
- Manage and maintain approved point-of-sale item lists and catalogs, communication with vendors and aspects of quarterly ordering process
- Provide up-to-date process, training, communication, and user support for internal and external employees in regard to planning, program standards, budgets, point of sale and additional items related to execution
- Provide internal and external user support for field operating systems and technology platforms (ie. event booking, staffing, data capture, training)
- Work closely with internal tech teams to ensure tools are functional, effective, designed for user experience
- Work closely with Planning & Regional teams to ensure ways-of-working are aligned with client’s business objectives and consider market nuances
- Provide assistance to the Operations Director and Senior Account Executive on other tasks/requests or new initiatives that may arise related to field execution
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Project and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams at once
- Budget management skills and experience
- Data driven and analytical mindset
- Ability to work within a cross functional team
- Client relationship building / service skills
- Experience working with technology platforms and applications is preferred (i.e. CRM such as Salesforce)
- Knowledge and experience in spirits / beer industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Keynote and Outlook
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
