Operations Associate

Location:  Southborough, MA

 

We are currently looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations team based in Southborough.  You will be responsible for various duties supporting the planning, purchasing, shipping and receiving teams within the operations organization. 
The Operations Associate will assist with inventory management, production planning, product availability, track performance to key metrics, and support other tasks as needed.
 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Inventory Transactions 
•    Inventory Accuracy 
•    Excess and Obsolete Management

•    Production Planning
•    Master Data Management 
•    Act as Liaison for Product Availability with Customer Service Teams
•    Reporting and Analysis
•    ERP System Optimization
 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
•    General understanding of supply chain, production, inventory management concepts 

•    Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications)
•    Experience working with Excel to manipulate large and complex data sets
•    Ability to create insightful executive presentations
•    Proactive communicator with ability to influence others
•    Strong team player who remains positive and flexible amidst changing priorities
