I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a Mid-level Salesforce Developer to work on a project in the automobile industry.<br/>Responsibilities:<br/>As a Software Engineer Level II you’ll have an established career in software engineering, have a strong theoretical foundation of engineering principles and practices and apply this to your work. <br/>A self-sufficient worker, demonstrates a passion to learn and personal responsibility for your work.<br/>You have a solid foundation knowledge of engineering theory and are proficient at writing clean, testable code with little support from senior team members and can share knowledge and best practice with peers in ceremonies and code review activities.<br/>You can demonstrate personal responsibility, self motivation and are mostly self sufficient, with awareness of when to seek help to finish tasks and are positive, engaged and respectful, and an active contributor in team discussions.<br/>In this position you’ll be independently working on small, well defined tasks and will be following established design patterns and techniques.<br/>You’ll be writing clean idiomatic testable code and monitoring needed to help with the debugging as well as creating well written unit tests independently.<br/>You will be designing, documenting and implementing reliable, testable and elegant solutions to the problems you come across and contributing to system level design with the support of more senior engineers.<br/>If you are a Salesforce whiz, this position is 100% for you and we definitely want to see what you can do!<br/>Requirements for this challenge:<br/>You are currently working in an agile team with good knowledge of SOQL, Apex Development and can write your own unit tests.<br/>Nice to have:<br/>If you’ve also got a Salesforce certification (or more!), have exposure to Sales,  Service, Community, Experience Clouds and have developed Lightning Web Components in Salesforce, well that would be the cherry on top!<br/>Our benefits:<br/>- Premium Healthcare- Meal voucher- Maternity and Paternity leaves.- Mobile services subsidy- Sick pay- Life insurance.- CI&amp;T University- Colombian Holidays- Paid VacationsAnd many others.<br/>#LI-SC1#MidSeniorCI&amp;T is an equal-opportunity employer.
