In this position you will be able not only to build reports, dashboards and visualizations, but also to be part of the definitions on tooling, approaches, process and methodology that impacts the data journey.  <br/>Your mission:  - Build customized reports, dashboards and data visualizations for multiple business areas; - Formulate success metrics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's systems and processes; - Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to create datasets, do a thorough analysis, and turn data into meaningful insights; - Assist in the preparation of executive reports for leaders of business and technology areas linked to  multiple segments; - Collaborate in the definition and validation of BI technologies and tools to be used in the process; - Configure Analytics tools according to the defined metrics and required outputs; - Work closely with other data associates like Data PMs, BI, and Data Engineers to elevate the data ecosystem. <br/>You need to have practice with: - Solid experience with SQL language; - Experience with Analytics tools (Segment, Amplitude, etc); - Experience and flexibility to work with different BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Mode Analytics, etc); - Advanced English conversation. <br/>You will stand out if you have: - Have experience creating automated reports; - Have experience working with agile methodologies; - Prior experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is nice to have.<br/>#Li-MidSenior#L1-BACI&amp;T is an equal-opportunity employer.
