This role oversees all aspects of pharmacy practice management—including workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and workforce performance—across multiple licensed sites.

The Vice President is responsible for the operational integrity of pharmacy services, focusing on the systems, processes, and resources that support accurate compounding, inventory management, and clinical coordination within Nufactor’s specialty infusion model. • Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation within all pharmacy teams by aligning operational practices with Nufactor’s mission, compliance standards, and patient-focused values.

Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation:

  • Ensure unwavering compliance with DEA, FDA, USP, and all state pharmacy-board regulations governing dispensing, and storage across Nufactor’s licensed pharmacies.
