• As a Global Rollout Manager for the Central Procurement Hub (CPH) you will be responsible for the rollout of the the new S/4 HANA based standard solution to all relevant Bosch entities globally. Thereby you will build up and lead the respective rollout teams for global and industrialized rollouts.
• Additionally, you outline the standard procedures and demands for industrialized rollouts.
• You work together with a team of experienced, international and motivated rollout experts. You will drive the global cooperation with other Bosch divisions and our corporate IT delivery throughout the rollout.
• Last but not least, you will use the tools of professional change and stakeholder management with guidance from the program manager and support of change experts.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies in computer science, business sciences or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience with managing challenging surroundings and customers, experience in IT- or change projects, knowledge and experience of project management and roll out skills
• Personality and Working Practice: structured and methodical approach, strategic and conceptional strength, excellent service mindset and engaging collaboration, high networking capabilities, good process understanding and high process orientation
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus
