Senior IT Demand Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks:
As Requirement Engineer you will drive the development of our SAP applications – and more to come – supporting our business of trading, clearing incl. risk management and settlement for the international commodities markets. You will support regulatory, strategic, infrastructural, and organizational initiatives by assessing, analyzing, defining, and documenting solutions for SAP-related business ideas, functional or regulatory requirements. Thereby, you build and maintain working relationships with (senior) stakeholders across business segments and corporate functions of EEX/ ECC and to other legal entities of Group Deutsche Boerse and coach team members in close coordination with our Product Owner.

Your skills:

• Desirable qualifications: Working experience or basic certifications as SAP Business Analyst, SAP Requirements Engineer or similar
• Essential skills: Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, experience and willingness to work at the interface of functional business areas and information technology, able to tackle several projects simultaneously and within a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization
• Appreciated experience: Experience of working in a bank and/or a commodity trading environment
• Desirable experience: Experiences with Product Organization and agile project methodology/technics (scrum, PRINCE2Agile, Kanban etc.) and certifications
• Language skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in German and English
