Client Care Service Coordinator

Schumacher Automotive Group in West Palm Beach is seeking a Full-Time Client Care Service Coordinator for Volkswagen! Are you a customer service pro? Do you have a vision for creating positive experiences with clients? The Client Care Service Coordinator responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments and take messages for the Service Team in a courteous and timely manner.
• Work with Client Center Schedulers as needed. 
• Assist Service Advisors on follow up calls to clients on status of their vehicles; notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Occasionally call customers when service to their vehicles is due.
• Walk short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, staff, and visitors.
• Follow up with clients to confirm or reschedule appointments as needed.
• Assist service advisors with follow up calls, texts and emails.
• Provide information about service options, pricing and estimated completion time.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records in the dealership database.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Who are we looking for?

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional with the ability to work independently, multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors.
• Must be available to work Weekdays and Saturdays
• Experience in CDK Software highly preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months’ experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment required.
• 6+ months’ experience answering high volume phone calls required.
• Must have reliable transportation within the West Palm Beach area.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• A valid driver's license.
