Here, around 300 employees work together to ensure that retail stores and the foodservice market in the Mid and South Jutland regions, as well as on Funen, receive deliveries of Arla products.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a Senior Manager, you are at the forefront of the area and along with an experienced leadership team, set the direction and be responsibility for implementing of changes.</p> <p> </p> <p>In a daily routine that offers a good mix of traditional management tasks and change management related tasks , you will have a focus on:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of your employees.</li> <li>Being visible and accessible to employees across different personnel groups.</li> <li>Continuously evaluating and analyzing key measurements and performance indicators to maintain an overview and assess whether the department is achieving its goals.</li> <li>Collaborating with and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Actively working with ongoing changes and participating in development projects, such as those related to the warehouse, distribution setup, or safety areas.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What will make you successful</p> <p>Your communication skills are excellent, and you are not afraid to challenge or introduce new ideas and methods. You are interested in being a visible leader and actively encourage open dialogue with your employees.</p> <p> </p> <p>Additionally, we would like to see that you:</p> <ul> <li>Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management.</li> <li>Possess good insights into the warehouse and supply chain areas.</li> <li>Have experience in warehouse operations and/or distribution.</li> <li>Have experience in personnel management in a larger organization.</li> <li>Communicate seamlessly in both Danish and English.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What do we offer?</p> <p>When you join us in Christiansfeld, you will become part of a work environment where you can look forward to a close collaboration with experienced colleagues who take pride in their work.
