This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.

Job Summary

Act as the primary relationship management contact for key dealership personnel within the commercial portfolio regarding all areas, with a focus on creating value by building positive relationships resulting in financing of commercial products which meet dealer needs across the spectrum of offerings. Within assigned regions they will solicit volume/profitability growth, provide customer service support to their dealers, and engage in collections/risk management to proactively identify potential problems and work with their region Credit Analyst to help mitigate risk. Operational focus includes account receivable management, customer service, and identifying potential risk and taking steps to mitigate. The Senior Account Manager will work in conjunction within a team-based approach to fully understand an assigned group of dealers, and is a mentor/resource to Account Managers, Associates, and others.

Job Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with key dealer customers within assigned regions and promotes understanding of products and services offered by explaining benefits to customers to facilitate brand loyalty resulting in increased commercial volume (approximately 50% of time and effort)
  • Works collaboratively with team members on assigned region to better get to know customers and understand the Company’s Commercial Credit’s risk
  • Actively participates in market intelligence information gathering from assigned dealer customers to help shape programs and promotions
  • Travel as required to visit customers to build loyalty, resolve issues, and address risk
  • Monitors the assigned portfolio to proactively identify prospective problems and mitigate risk to minimize potential loss
  • Provides exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, documentation issues, billing errors, payment application errors, disputes, program changes, and new sale requests and opportunities, and proactively seeking to minimize problems
  • Complies with operational reporting requirements in a timely and efficient manner; follows up on legal documentation as needed; negotiates work out plans as required on complex delinquent accounts; monitors administrative paperwork to ensure timely processing of used bike funding and rebook requests and assists with processing dealer inventory transfer requests as is necessary.
  • Acts as a mentor/resource to Account Managers, Associates, and others, and provide training to improve team competency and effectiveness
