As Associate Territory Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Territory Managers within BD’s UCC Homecare Business to drive sales goals. You will demonstrate products to physicians, clinicians, rehabilitation and specialty accounts, and other key decision makers. The position involves working closely with nursing leaders, physicians, case managers and their patients as they transition from the hospital to the home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drives sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets within territory managers assigned accounts. This may include working within our POD and collecting necessary documentation to support the service of billing our products.
  • Builds and maintains sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts.
  • Performs product demonstrations, customer education and in-service as required.  This includes in-service for products and electronic platforms (i.e. HCP electronic scripts' portal “LINK Online.")
  • Creates monthly, quarterly and annual plans designed to meet and exceed territory revenue targets at direction of Territory managers
  • Leverages and engages with care support teams to provide support and service to patients, HCPs and other key partners.
  • Develops and maintains a level of excellence in clinical knowledge within respective disease states.
  • Controls expenses within territory budgets and manage those resources per policy.
  • Attends and represents BD at local, regional and national medical conferences.
  • Completes and processes UCC reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.

About You:

  • Minimum bachelors degree in business or related field required.
  • Minimum one to three years of B2B sales experience with proven sales success.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards.
  • Willing and able to travel 80-90%. Candidates must reside within one hour from Dallas or Fort Worth, TX
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English language skills are preferred.

There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $85k - Annual Range includes Base + Incentive
