Product Quality Engineer, Data Center Hardware

Meta is seeking a Product Quality Engineer responsible for developing and implementing world class manufacturing and quality processes for the next generation of disruptive hardware productsProduct Quality Engineer, Data Center Hardware Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive product quality strategy and process for next-generation data center hardware systems, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding quality standards
• Ensure product and process quality targets are met by designing test methods, establishing standards and driving continuous improvement projects with Meta manufacturing partners and key commodity suppliers
• Drive root cause and corrective action for failures that occur during server integration, rack production and in the Data Center
• Early engagement with Meta Engineering teams to implement robust design for excellence requirements and ensure products meet cycle-time, cost, quality and yield targets
• Create and maintain all production process and quality documentation
• Conduct First Article and Source Inspections reviews on Meta hardware components and assemblies
• Create bill of materials, engineering change notifications, and manufacturing process changes through product lifecycle management tools
• Some International travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications

• BS, Electrical or Computer Science, or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in design or manufacturing of server products
• Familiarity with server hardware design and troubleshooting
• Experience with new product introduction and manufacturing operations is required
• Experience developing board and system level manufacturing test solutions
• Demonstrated use of quality tools and methodologies in a manufacturing and/ or engineering environment
• Demonstrated to perform design of experiment, perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot hardware related issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on AI Hardware
• Scripting skills in Bash, Perl, or Python is desirable
