Job Description:
The Parts Specialist is responsible for maintaining the incoming parts (both in building and other building requests) and alerting the team if there are issues with parts, equipment or cages. They should be keeping tabs on the organization of the cages to get issues addressed. They should also keep a close eye on the inventory stock and reorder/contact reps when needed.
Responsibilities:
Responds to internal customers.
Troubleshoots problems that arise.
Intake on incoming spare parts
Organizing and counting inventory
Shipping and transferring inventory between buildings
Distribution of weekly reports of updated inventory
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in engineering - Preferred
Programming experience including troubleshooting, basic understanding of networks, motor control theory, and operation including basic AC and DC electrical troubleshooting - Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and elementary diagrams
Inventory management systems - preferred
General mechanical call out, tolerancing, and terminology knowledge
Internal Salary Grade: 10E
