We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Manager, HR Strategy & Experience, to support the EE and People Operations organizations and serve as a strategic finance partner, providing controllership and analytical insights that shape long-term planning, cost management, and resource allocation.
Key focus areas include:
- Partnering closely with leadership to drive strategic financial decisions
- Delivering actionable insights on cost drivers, efficiency opportunities, and investment trade-offs
- Leading long-range planning and budgeting processes with a focus on optimization and scalability
- Influencing technology and platform evolution through financial modeling and scenario planning

Responsibilities
- Drive Financial Insights: Analyze financial performance and support leaders in identifying opportunities for resource optimization. Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Support Financial Operations: Manage month-end close activities and deliver recurring reports, forecasts, and presentations. Compare actual results against budget and forecast to inform future initiatives.
- Partner and Advise: Respond to partner inquiries with clear, data-driven insights. Contribute to long-range planning, variance analysis, and financial strategy using foundational Microsoft Finance principles.
- Leverage Data and Analytics: Use data mining, business intelligence, and advanced analytics—including predictive modeling and statistical techniques—to generate actionable insights. Continuously improve data collection and communication methods.
- Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Review financial documents and business processes to ensure alignment with company policies, legal standards, and reporting requirements. Provide guidance on documentation and policy interpretation.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on high-impact projects that evolve the finance function to meet the growing scale and complexity of the business.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financi
