ThisWayAbout the role
Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Government Systems in Los Angeles, CA.
Seeking a Senior Product Designer for a growing Government Systems team. This team builds products and services that primarily support military users, on and off the battlefield.
The Senior Designer will participate in the design process end to end - envisioning future concepts, defining flows, crafting detailed interaction designs and prototypes, getting user feedback, and supporting delivery. You'll share resources and frameworks with the company’s wider Customer Experience, Research and Design team, and you'll play a key role in building tools and practices that work for government and military contexts. More importantly, you'll help engineers and product leads understand great UX and become more fluent in Human Centered Design.

- Demonstrated depth in Visual Design, both applying and building on existing design systems
- Strong portfolio outlining user/business understanding, ideation, interaction, and visual design across a wide range of user experiences. We want to see a clear "thread" from user insight through to design tradeoffs, validation, and detailed execution
