Business Operations Manager

Role Summary

In this role, you will combine general business operations management with your business systems analyst skills. As part of a product group, you will collaborate with program and product management, product operations, and lab operations to develop business analytics dashboards and simple systems to make accessing information easy. You will also participate with teams to re-engineer business processes as needed. This role will act as a liaison between GIS and the product group during the implementation of new systems as they are rolled out to the company. Additionally, you will support general business operations activities and expand your knowledge of the business.

Job Responsibilities

 

Support the business: 

• Create and maintain resource models.
• Assists the Operations Executive with analysis and planning.
• Creates presentation material.

 

Business dashboards, databases, analytics, and automated workflows: 

• Works with various teams to document requirements for dashboards, business analytics and automated workflows.
• Provides development and project management.
• Works with external teams for development of more complex projects as needed.

 

Information Security: 

• Coordinates/implements Global IS programs into organization including the lab tools and systems. 
• Understands and communicates expected changes to users. 
• Works with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans in the cases where a functionality is disabled.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills implementing and trouble-shooting new systems
• Strong project management skills in a highly collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated skills problem solving and trouble shooting
• Minimum Degree: Bachelors 
• 8-10+ years of experience in an operations management / systems analyst role preferably in the semiconductor industry

 Salary and Benefits

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $109,000.00 -  $239,000.00

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
