Job Summary
Operate the switchboard and serve as the "official greeter" of Gooding office, as well as many clerical duties. Provide GPS administrative support.
Essential Functions
- Operate the company switchboard.
- Organize and distribute incoming mail. Drop off outgoing mail to post office and prepare overnight mailings.
- Order office and other necessary supplies.
- Oversee maintenance of all copiers, faxes, postage machine and other office equipment.
- Order business cards, stationery, envelopes, etc.
- Ensure building maintenance is up to date and done efficiently.
- Oversee the GPS project tracker
- Meet with key stakeholders to explain GPS tracker, projects and UL projects
- Build GPS Trackers, print labels, laminate signs
- File and scan GPS audit forms.
- Set up GPS trainings and schedule meetings.
- Complete daily entries for Gooding roll milk
- Complete CO-OP balance reports
- Enter manifests in MPIS, and update manifests
- Delac Reports
- Daily employee & visitor temperature checks
- Maintain PPE closet
- Scan and file milk sheets
- Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
- Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)

Qualifications
- Requires a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of one month related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write/type simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
