Job Title: Flex Healthcare Security Officer
Location: Mount Vernon, NY
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are hiring two Flex Healthcare Security Officers to provide safety and support within healthcare facilities in the Mount Vernon area. Candidates must be reliable, adaptable, and willing to obtain additional certifications during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure facility entrances, exits, and restricted areas

• Conduct patrols and enforce safety policies

• Assist staff, patients, and visitors with professionalism

• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies

• Complete clear and accurate reports

Requirements:

• Active NYS Security Guard License required

• Must have weekend availability

• Must be able to work morning & evening shifts OR evening & overnight shifts

• Must be willing to obtain additional security certifications during onboarding

• Prior security experience required (healthcare setting experience preferred)

• Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills
