Flex Armed Guard/ 20Hrs Guaranteed

AX9 Security Inc is seeking a professional and highly motivated Flex Armed Retail Security Guard to provide safety and protection to retail locations across multiple sites. This is a flexible position ideal for individuals who can adapt to various shifts and locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned retail property

• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly

• Deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal behavior through visible presence

• Enforce property rules and regulations

• Prepare incident and daily activity reports

• Cooperate with law enforcement if necessary

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid state armed guard license and firearm permit

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and observational skills

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
