Job Description:

Drive value to the organization by offering employees and managers in their respective geography consistent, accessible, accurate and prompt responses for all HR inquiries and transactions including providing access to scalable services including data and systems support, reporting, and program administration.

How you will make an impact:

  • Direct the HR Strategy and Talent Management functions through multiple levels of management within the company while developing and implementing strategic vision, plans and objectives for the organization

  • Identify, plan, prioritize, and direct multiple, enterprise-level talent management strategies, programs, and initiatives with highest criticality including efforts to optimize processes by assessing needs and developing, proposing and leading implementations

  • Establish and execute the Critical Care vision for Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, critical capabilities, and succession. Drive continuous improvement of the global talent management and learning function, ensuring high-quality service delivery standards

  • Partner closely with the CHRO and other senior leaders to define employee experience and culture, including proposed DEI&B strategy and goals

  • Analyze, formulate, and present recommendations to advise and influence executive level leadership on significant talent & HR Strategy matters; develop and deliver executive level communication across functions that impact all areas of the company

  • Attract, retain, develop world class team across strategy, TM&L and OE where leadership excellence is front of mind

  • Oversee  budgets including making final decisions on investments and ensure funds are utilized strategically and meet business deliverables

  • Engage and share best practices with external experts to understand the market and emerging tools, trends, and opportunities

What you will need (required):

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development, or related field

  • Minimum of 17 years of experience or Master's Degree or equivalent with 15 years of related experience

  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic, consulting, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

  • Expert understanding of talent management, succession processes with extensive and detailed knowledge allowing for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas

  • Demonstrated ability to direct teams and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations
