Senior Talent Manager - Finland

We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and well-networked Senior Talent Manager to join our Helsinki team and oversee the development and management of talents for campaigns, content, and commercial activities.

Please note that this is a senior position and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency, brand, or entertainment environment.

You’ll act as the bridge between brand vision and top-tier talent, overseeing the full lifecycle of talent partnerships — from discovery and negotiation to execution and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and build relationships with a diverse range of influencers and talents.
• Lead talent strategy across influencer campaigns, content, and social activations.
• Outreach to possible clients, agencies, and partners showcasing talents and creative collaboration opportunities.
• Negotiate collaborations and deliverables, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Stay ahead of cultural trends, platforms, and rising talents to keep talent rosters relevant and diverse.
• Handle project management, including scheduling, briefing, content approvals, and on-set support where needed. Ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with influencers in a brand and/or agency.
• A strong network and deep understanding of the influencer and creator landscape across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Skilled in selling and delivering high-quality collaborations under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised and proactive — able to juggle multiple projects and personalities with calm confidence.
