The Product Director, CAR-T Network Strategy & Solutions will report to the Director, CAR-T Network Expansion & Strategy and have the unique opportunity to shape and execute a commercial strategy focused on CARVYKTI certified treatment center network expansion. The Product Director will be responsible for adapting the current operational business strategy to enhance institutional capacity and identify opportunities for network expansion into additional channels. The Product Director will work with multiple functions including Alliance Partners, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Global, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial business operational activities. This position will also lead process improvements and transformation initiatives and therefore requires the ability to influence cross functional teams and work in close partnership with senior leaders to align key projects with business objectives. This role will also support the Network Activation Manager (NAM) team and identify and deliver resources to support the site certification process.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Shape and deliver innovative operational solutions to enable site activation in new channels including project planning and execution, stakeholder management, KPI development and leadership communications

  • Shape new site certification approaches for expansion into new channels to improve customer experience and internal efficiencies

  • Develop capabilities to drive expansion in current certified treatment centers and other sites/channels to achieve treatment center goals for Carvykti

  • Manage evaluation and vetting process for potential treatment center activation targets

  • Support Network Activation Manger (NAM) team by overseeing asset development and taking lead on National Meeting content through partnership with marketing teams

  • Network Expansion SME for congress strategy and ad boards in partnership with marketing teams

Qualifications:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or within healthcare 

  • Prior experience in commercial and/or operations functions (Ex. Marketing, Sales leadership, Key Account Management, Supply Chain) is preferred  

  • Strong collaboration, ability to establish go
