We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

1. Responsible for designing system solutions, including but not limited to supply chain planning, warehousing, domestic transportation by closely working together with the core product team.
2. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of e-commerce fulfillment business models and systems in different countries, develop and enhance the core logistic and supply chain systems to support the domestic and cross border e-commerce business.
3. Master comprehensive coordination and collaboration skills to configurate resources distributed in regional cross-functional departments in terms of designing, launching and promoting the E-commerce fulfillment system for the non-China market.
4. Sustainably drive product upgrades in an innovative manner while optimizing the system capability of the global e-commerce logistics network.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of system product planning and functional design experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics industry.
2. Have a good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, cross-border logistics and other related industries.
3. With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
4. Proficient to be innovative and systematic while solving complex problems in a demanding working environment.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Cross region and cross culture work experience is preferred.
2. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $237614 - $485184 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
