Job Description

Eurofins Medical Device Microbiology is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their dynamic team. Are you interested in working in a scientific laboratory but have no scientific experience? We are seeking entry level candidates who possess a strong desire to learn, no scientific experience needed!

• Perform basic laboratory techniques
• Perform media preparation
• Maintain/calibrate equipment
• Prepare/wash glassware
• Receipt of consumables and lab stocking
• Clean incubator chambers and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
