We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Driveway Valet to join our team in Oregon! As a Driveway Valet, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and premium customer experience by facilitating online vehicle deliveries and pickups. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth vehicle fulfillment processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

  

What You’ll Do:  

• Facilitate vehicle fulfillment via an online portal.

• Maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication.

• Educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service.

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork.

• Use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles.

• Troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process.

• Acquire and maintain a notary commission.

• Participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features.

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Bring:  

• Must be able to operate a manual.

• Clean driving record.

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency.

• Proficient in time management and active listening.

• Strong vehicle product knowledge is a plus.
