About the Position:

The Managed Solutions Global Category team is searching for top caliber talent to join our team. We are looking to complement our team with an individual who will be responsible for Managed Collaboration Services (MCS) Global Category.  This individual will be chartered to drive profitable growth in our MS business through Service & Solution deployment support, launch readiness & 4P management.  This empowered individual will function in a worldwide capacity, focusing on Portfolio Adoption, planning & initiatives through engagement with our markets, MS Portfolio, Professional & Managed Services teams, finance, and GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic engagement with the Solution Portfolio Leaders: Support them is creating and achieving their P&L and OKR targets. Ensure understanding of roadmaps, communicate market needs & drive for market support.
  • Lead out on defining a 4P plan for meeting / exceeding current year budget expectations.  Monitor business & offer performance.  Drive focus & action to course correct & capitalize on opportunities.
  • Act as offer specialist to market teams.  Ensure proper training, support & offer expectations are in place.  Support offer NSI & readiness.  Monitor solution adoption, drive actions where appropriate.
  • Have a strong understanding of our customer journey, the associated HP systems that support & ensure we have plans in place to optimize.
  • Partner with WS Market Finance, Planning & other teams in managing Flash, Quota & Budget achievements.
  • Ensure clarity with markets & stakeholders on business priorities, programs & initiatives. 
  • Capture & triage market support requests.  Aggressively pursue solution & closure of actions.  Ensure clear communication with requestors & stakeholders on status & priority.
  • Develop strong working relationships with our WS MS markets, Global Services Sales (GSS) & Channel teams.  Understand market & business dynamics from which you will drive the markets, lead initiatives & influence others key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required 

  • First level university degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of business management, Contractual print experience, category, business and/or P&L management.

Knowledge and Skills Required 

  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading cross-function teams by influence, with the ability to collaborate and effectively represent your team at executive levels. 
  • HP Managed Solutions E2E Process: Familiarity with HP's E2E solutions business framework, process & infrastructure. 
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing requirements aligned with broader business objectives, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and scalability. 
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business management processes, metrics, and operational frameworks. Experience in driving business reviews, planning, and stakeholder engagements. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to drive data-driven decisions, defining metrics, and aligning tools for efficient business operations. 


    The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
    opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
    States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
    knowledge, skills, and experience.
