In the Senior Mobile Developer position, you’ll play a key role in advancing DS smart — our mobile-first platform that empowers caregivers with real-time tools for resident care, Bluetooth-enabled device integration, and seamless data synchronization. You’ll lead the design and development of mobile applications and backend services that make DS smart stable, scalable, and impactful in senior care environments. While AI remains a strategic focus, this role emphasizes mobile development and full stack engineering. You’ll influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure DS smart continues to deliver practical, high-performing, AI-enhanced solutions that drive better healthcare outcomes.

Strong expertise in native mobile development for iOS and Android, including Swift, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and BLE integrations.
Deep technical fluency in full stack architecture and cloud-native services, with practical experience building AI-driven features.
Proven ability to lead complex engineering initiatives, driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do and Impact:
Lead and mentor engineers in best practices for mobile-first and full stack development
Design and scale mobile features within DS smart to streamline caregiver workflows and resident data capture
Integrate Bluetooth-enabled devices to enable real-time vitals collection and compliance tracking
Architect and optimize backend APIs and cloud services to maximize performance, reliability, and scalability
Ensure the stability, security, and responsiveness of mission-critical healthcare applications
Incorporate AI-enhanced features where they meaningfully improve caregiver experience or operational efficiency
Balance rapid development cycles with long-term code quality and maintainability
Stay engaged with mobile, full stack, and AI communities to bring forward-looking insights into product development
Experience:
3 – 5+ years of software development expe
