We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This position leads and supports company-wide onboarding efforts that are designed to create a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience that reflects the company’s commitment to its people; equipping them for success by building a sense of belonging, connection, and empowerment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead efforts focused on the experience of all stakeholders (new-hire, Hiring Leader, HR, etc.) throughout the onboarding journey – with goals of creating engagement, enthusiasm, readiness, understanding, connection, productivity.
- Lead function to drive coordinated and effective change management, including engagement, training, communications, readiness, and adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and makes recommendations on how to improve process efficiency.
- Challenge status quo and proactively identifies process improvements.
- Identify innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.
- Manage and assist with facilitation of company-wide orientation program to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, culture, and values. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program.
- Maintain awareness of and connection to business segment-specific onboarding training programs for new employees.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure new hires have access to necessary equipment, systems, and resources to perform their job duties effectively.
- Manage new hire onboarding welcome gifts.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program and makes any necessary improvements. This includes gathering feedback from new employees and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Promote company mission, culture and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, practices, and procedures related to onboarding.
- Keep abreast of current best practices related to onboarding.
- Perform additional work to meet business needs and priorities as requested/assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, change management and/or employee engagement. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more of experience will be rounded up to one year.
