The Senior Manager of Product Research Operations for Oral Healthcare is responsible for the orchestration and optimization of people, processes, and craft in order to amplify the value and impact of user research at scale, working closely with partners in Research & Development, Clinical, Regulatory, Privacy, IT and more.
Your role:
- Study participants: Overseeing the recruitment, screening, scheduling and compensation participants
- Participant database: Ensure strategic expansion based on research needs
- Governance: Safety, ethics, privacy and compliance
- Facilities: Overseeing maintenance of current facilities and drive the development of new facilities
- Processes: Leveling up the research processes supporting the team by creating and maintaining templates, training and guidance
- Supporting researchers in efficiently planning and conducting high quality UX research
- Helping troubleshoot, provide guidance, and train on UX Research, while creating the support systems for the established methods and frameworks
- Challenging the status quo and leading continuous improvement initiatives, in order to improve, standardize and document our ways of working in a way that enables timely delivery on business objectives while ensuring compliance with medical device standards.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the following fields: Human Factors; Psychology; Behavioral sciences; Sensory Science; Industrial Design; Interaction Design; Ergonomics; Human Computer Interaction; Engineering and/or Dentistry, amended with relevant education or experience in consumer research.
- Minimum of 8 years in research or relevant field and/or leadership role (Innovation & Development)
- Able to create, maintain and execute a roadmap to grow the maturity of the Ops team based on business needs
- Extreme attention to detail, while being able to see the bigger picture and drive actions with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong track record of both UX research and IRB-approved clinical research governed by GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
- A strong technical understanding of consumer products and product propositions.
- Comfort working in a global role across multiple time zones.
- Able to continuously challenge the status quo, with a strong desire to improve the consumer experience across different touch points.
