Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In the eBike Systems business unit, we develop innovative products and services that make eBiking even more fascinating - from highly efficient drive systems over the first series-produced ABS for pedelecs to smart connectivity solutions. For sustainable mobility that's fun.</p><ul><li>As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will design and implement technical concepts to improve the mobile and desktop build pipelines. In doing so, you will be responsible for optimizing our infrastructure both internally and in the cloud to better serve Mobile and Desktop use cases.</li><li>Furthermore, you will ensure that the Mobile and Desktop pipelines use the latest development standards and are highly performant and cost efficient.</li><li>Also, you will coordinate technology migrations with no or minimal downtime both within your team and eBike-wide.</li><li>In addition, you will participate in mobile and desktop communities to better understand their use cases and issues.</li><li>You will empower developers to self-direct their build pipelines through documentation and hands-on training.</li><li>Finally, you will lead a team of Mobile and Desktop CI/CD specialists to achieve eBike's business goals.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> completed university studies (bachelor's degree/master's degree/diploma) in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable subject</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>several years of experience in Mobile DevOps and Desktop apps; In-depth knowledge of mobile application deployment, and distribution tools like fastlane, App Store and Google Play; In-depth knowledge of with Java-based Desktop applications build tools like maven and gradle; Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment models</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice:</strong> You have excellent problem solving and communication skills; Your strengths include strong teamwork and collaboration skills; you are strong self-drive to proactively propose improvements to the current setup; you have the willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and methods</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> business fluent English and German</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
