You’ll serve as the go-to person for resolving issues, administering benefits, and driving initiatives that build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

What You’ll Love Doing
- Resolving employee inquiries quickly (within 24-48 hours) and earning their trust.
- Managing benefit administration with precision, especially during open enrollment.
- Investigating and resolving employee relations issues while upholding confidentiality and fairness.
- Driving engagement initiatives that increase participation in surveys and recognition programs.
- Maintaining compliance across multiple states, staying ahead of employment laws and regulations.
- Building meaningful relationships with employees and supervisors, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
You’re the High Achiever We’re Looking For If...
- You’re approachable, empathetic, and thrive in solving challenges for others.
- You have 5-7+ years of HR experience, especially in employee relations and compliance for blue-collar industries.
- You bring proactive energy to everything you do and take pride in your organization skills.
- You’re a compliance expert, with a strong understanding of laws like ACA, FMLA, and ADA.
- You’re certified or on the path to certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR).
- You have experience navigating multi-state HR operations and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You can occasionally travel to other office locations when necessary.
- Confidentiality and discretion aren’t just skills for you—they’re values.
