Entrust is seeking a Director to join our Corporate IT organization to lead our business applications development and integration team. Our core business applications include Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, Salesforce and Boomi. The position reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Business Systems and is based in Shakopee, Minnesota, United States.
Responsibilities:
Product Leadership
- Directly and through managers, responsible for a team of software developers (both onshore and offshore) focusing on Oracle, Salesforce, Boomi and other business applications and integration technologies
- Works hand in hand with Business Systems Analysts to ensure prioritization, planning and execution of development requests for large projects and small enhancements as well as production support
- Manages multiple concurrent projects and provides input to long term planning.
- Reviews requirements and design documents, project plans and other development deliverables.
- Acts as a level 3 escalation point for issues identified in customizations and integrations.
- Coordinates and manages additional resources from other teams or external companies to handle project peaks.
- Demonstrates technical leadership, fosters innovation, and delivers high quality secure software on time and on budget.
- Provides timely updates to cross-functional stakeholders and Business Applications leadership.
People Leadership
- Provides strong organizational and people leadership skills.
- Sets and monitors goals and objectives for all direct reports.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a proven track record in management and/or leadership of corporate software development.
- 10+ years of experience as a team lead, developing corporate IT software and system integrations.
- Understanding of DevOps processes including code version control and deployment automation technologies
- Proven and demonstrated experience in Oracle EBS development (SQL, PL/SQL)
- Experience leading an integration team using iPaaS services such as Boomi, MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud using JSON and REST services
- Experience leading a development team using Java, PL/SQL and SQL
- Demonstrated success in evaluating, hiring and developing talent.
- Excellent documentation and writing skills
- Able to travel 10% internationally.
- Must be able to lawfully work in United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Application development (PaaS Extensions)
- Experience in Salesforce development (Apex)
- Prior experience in an ISO 27001 work environment
- Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $161,916-$237,477 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
