Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of sales experts to achieve outstanding sales performance and exceed goals
- Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory and financial reporting
- Devising and implementing effective strategies to drive regional sales
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service
Requirements
- Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
